Terms of Use

Playing Redwall: Warlords, you agree to the following Terms of Use (TOS).

Firstly, all players (users, you) agree to have their personal information (anything submitted by the user, or obtainable by a game administrator, including, but not limited to: name, e-mail, and IP) viewed by a game administrator. The administrators are not responsible for the release of such personal information to third parties. Such information is required to monitor duplicate accounts. The staff is not responsible for any damages a user may recieve directly or indirectly related to the use of their services.

Secondly, game administrators reserve the right to view private and public in-game and forum communications.

Thirdly, administrators reserve the right to remove/suspend any player from the game or forum (without reason or warning) due to violation of any of the following rules:

Rules

1. Duplicate accounts are not allowed on the Redwall: Warlords server. Violators of this rule will have all accounts removed without notice. If you are on the same computer/computer network as another player or you share an e-mail address with another player, please contact a game administrator via e-mail or in-game message.

2. Profanity of any kind is not allowed in the Redwall: Warlords game or forums. Administrators reserve the right to determine what is and what is not profane.

3. The public distribution of a password of a clan to which you do not belong is not allowed unless asked to do so by the owner of that clan..

4. The administrators are not paid and therefore do not appreciate verbal abuse. Those who verbally abuse the administrators will be first warned, then punished; the punishment for repeat offenses is harsher.

5. Abuse a bug, and you will get disabled.

6. Hacking, Warez, Porn, Etc... are not allowed on this server.
